We adapt to your current insurance billing workflow and submit claims on a consistent biweekly schedule.
From there, we
Track claim statuses

Resubmit when needed
Keep you updated with monthly reporting
-
You won’t be left guessing.
You’ll always have full visibility in your existing billing system, and we stay actively on top of claims in the background so nothing falls through the cracks.
We also tailor communication to what works best for you. Depending on your preference, we can provide
Biweekly email summaries of issues and claim updates
Monthly reports highlighting claims status, trends, and anything that needs attention
Or a customized communication rhythm based on your workflow and preferences
Our goal is to keep you informed without overwhelming you, so you always know what matters, without needing to manage the details day to day.
-
We track denials, investigate them, and work to resolve them.
That includes
Reviewing denial reasons
Fixing and following up on claim-related denials when appropriate
Following up with payers when needed
Altering you when a denial involves a clinical review process requiring your expertise and follow-up
The goal is to reduce revenue loss and keep your billing moving.

SteadyStream Billing can support therapists practicing in multiple states on a case-by-case basis.
Because billing requirements may vary based on licensure, payer enrollment, client location, and state-specific regulations, clients remain responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, payer requirements, and telehealth regulations in each state where services are provided.
SteadyStream Billing provides administrative billing support only and does not verify licensure, credentialing, client location, or legal compliance. We rely on the information provided by your practice for accurate claim submission.
We’re happy to discuss your practice setup during a discovery call to determine whether we’re a good fit.
